[Resolved]  Ecom Express — shipment undelivered from 1 month

My Shipment with Awb No.[protected] shipped through ECOM EXPRESS on 18th October has NOT been delivered since 1 month. No tracking update from 3rd November on Ecom Express website. I WILL SOON BE TAKING LEGAL ACTION AGAINST THE COURIER COMPANY "ECOM EXPRESS" AND WILL DEMAND FOR COMPENSATION FOR ALL THE MENTAL HARASSMENT ECOM EXPRESS HAS GIVEN ME. I have already made numerous calls to Ecom Express Consumer Care number but my shipment is still UNDELIVERED from past 30 days. ENOUGH! LEGAL PROCEEDINGS SOON AGAINST ECOM EXPRESS!
