[Resolved]  Ecom Express — Shipment undelivered no attempt made to deliver

Hello,

This is regarding my shipment with ecom express [protected], which is not being delievered by the local courier even after it has reached the DC rather a false remark has been updated which states "customer not available", since its a high value package shipped from abroad via skynet, I need this package immediately but im sensing a foul play in this as no one is helping me out from the customer care.

Hello,

Its been now over a week since the shipment "wrong status" has been updated after it reached the last mile,
I have been trying to ask your customer care executive for providing me the local people's number but to my surprise all the numbers are either not in service or the person doesnt work at ecom. I want my shipment delivered TODAY or else i am filing a case against you guys for mishandling my package worth value.

Today again after waiting whole day, i didnt get a single call from the delivery partner regarding the delivery even though after continuous complaints, still no resolution on the same

Since yesterday 2 PM onwards, The status is "Out for delivery" and the status is still the same now.
The Ecom express team update on their online site is for some reason looks like a bluff.
If I am not receiving the package today, I am going to filea case against ECOM & Skynet this week.
For More than a week, ECOM is holding my package without delivering it, I am sensing a foul play here.
