Ecom Express — Shipment under rto lock. Didn't receive any calls after product reaching hometown.

I had ordered ordered some products online like 1 week back. When I tracked the order on their website the shipment had reached my hometown but now it says that it is under shipment rto lock in Bengaluru. I never received any calls and now I doubt I will ever receive my order.
