I ordered an important package that I need as soon as possible. Ecom misrouted the package two times. ecom expresses tracking system is also doesn't show enough details. This service is not trustworthy at all. The tracking shows that the package arrived at a place near you - arriving soon in the last three days but yet no sign of out for delivery or any call to collect the package. It's the worst service that asks for money first but isn't trustworthy at all. And I searched for any policy for late delivery that take ecom its delivery seriously but found nothing. I am not sure My package will come or not.
