Respected sir Madam, This your worst service from jammu to Srinagar since my packet has reached jammu on 1st april till today on 4th evening not received at Srinagar .what kind of staff do u have and management ..i wish your service should ban in this area .give me your no of your head of e com ... wether he is md or ceo i want to talk . the jammu to Srinagar is just 300 km it takes 1 day to end fro . First when i talked to company they told me the shipping is by air and when i talked to concern they told me it is by surface due to some reason .what reason should there even i pay extra for shipping .is this cheating or not ...
