My product is 8 days delayed from the expected day of delivery - nor the logistics company or the samsung support is taking any action. I get a standard reply of tracking details when i contact and told we've raised the issue and you'll be contacted in 24 hours (Which is a myth - i've called and raised thrice now in 8 days)
Calls are being ghosted for minutes and now i have been blocked for calling them. I have done so many escalations but nor results.
