I placed my order on h&m on 10th july 2022, I received a message that product is out for delivery on 17th july 2022 from ecom express, a few hours later i get another message that my product has been delivered and since then it has been more than 24 hours and no sign of delivery, neither the delivery agent called me at any time nor he arrived. The customer support is of no help.
