Ecom Express — Status shows delivered, but the parcel is missing

I am a reseller, i have received an information about successful delivery the product on 7th october, 2020, but my customer didn't received the product.

Please do something, its now 3 days... If I need to exchange or refund the product with in 7 days, I have to receive the parcel within 4 days. I was having a good experience with ecom express, but after this you guys lost my faith.
