Ecom Express — The Tracking Details of The Shipment Are not Displaying

My order AWB NUMBER : [protected] had been "in Transit" for almost a few days and Today when I opened the tracking site, none of the details are displayed. What is this supposed to mean?
I want to know the status of my order and I need it delivered asap.

Ecom Express customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
We are sorry for the inconvenience caused due to delay in delivery. With reference to your request regarding the undelivered shipment, we are coordinating with the concerned team and they are already working to arrange the delivery.
There was a small technical glitch which is not rectified.
