Ecom Express — They are not delivering my product

Hello,
I got out for delivery package sms at 21 oct morning. I called delivery agent and request him to deliver it as soon as possible..then he said he has product and deliver it today(21oct)...but after that he didn't call me back or nor he delivered product until i call him back then he told that he did not have my product..and then ask Me for delivering it on next day..i said ok to it..but after sometime he send me below sms...

I called ecom customer care then they said that my product will not be delivered as you shipping company have hold on it

I do not refuse my order why these people giving wrong information about this?. I want to know that my product is safe or not and when will be delivered .i strongly believe that they have lost my product as now from past 7 day i am calling them and asking about deliver it but they are just providing false information and saying they will deliver it but today 28th oct again i have got same msg that customer refuse to take its order... again this people are not going to deliver my product ..
