Ecom Express — They didn't deliver my product for 8days.

They didn't deliver my proforma 8days, they just kept it in there warehouse, and there delivery executives did fake updates in the system, the customer care didn't slove the issue for 8days, every days they asked for 24hrs to 48hrs every day for 8 days, they are only lieing to customers and keeping the parcels with them, Tracking ID[protected]. Had they delivered my parcel in those 8days it wouldn't have been returned back, please take action against such fraud companies who are do fraud updated and just cheating the customer of there parcels.

Sir my question is why did you keep the parcel for 8days and didn't do the delivery, why did your employees did fake updates in the system, did anyone take action against those employees, where is the proof action had been taken, what about the senior customer support agents Nuthan, Shiv, Varsha, who will take actions against these 3 individuals who had lied to me everyday for 8days about my parcel

When ever you tried your, your employees just did fake updates, who does even know that your employees did ever really tried to deliver, is there any GPS tracking of the courier and proof to show that your employees was at my place and tried

I have proof of cctv footage that none of your employees had ever visited my place, you can do forensic test for any tampering of the footage if needed.

So stop giving excuses and answr what actions did you take, did you fire the delivery person or gave any warning, what actio taken against customers care team who didn't help me at all, only lied to me everyday, why didn't your team slove the issue in 48hrs max, that's what they promised every day for 8 days
