Ecom Express — They r not delivering my package

Hello my. Name is Ramya.this is my tracking number [protected] my package has reached to my area on 23rd July 2024.but till now they didn't deliver.i didn't even get any update to my mobile, no call, no sms, no mail nothing regarding my order updates.but still I am tracking everyday.still I tried to contact them, I must say this all the Ecom express customer support or courier office numbers are invalid, I sent. Them mail, they said they will deliver, but they didn't, then they stopped giving reply.i want my package to be delivered asap.i can't contact Ecom express because their number are invalid, they r providing fake number, not delivering packages, no sms updates nothing these kind of courier should be closed.
