My delivery with AWB no. [protected] is updated as delivered but the package is not received. Tried calling customer service but they are only telling to wait for 72 hrs. It's already been 72hrs yet no resolution nor have I received the package. Customer service is really worst, it seems like they are least concerned. I have lost all faith in receiving the parcel. Really worst service!
