Pathetic Courier Company in the entire universe. Ecom Express works at snail speed. My Shipment with AWB NO.[protected] shipped through ECOM EXPRESS on 18th October HAS NOT BEEN DELIVERED IN BENGALURU SINCE 1 MONTH. No tracking update from LAST 10 DAYS FOR TRACKING ID[protected] on Ecom Express website. I WILL SOON BE TAKING LEGAL ACTION AGAINST THE COURIER COMPANY ECOM EXPRESS AND WILL DEMAND FOR COMPENSATION TOO FOR ALL THE MENTAL HARASSMENT ECOM EXPRESS HAS GIVEN ME. I have already made numerous calls to Ecom Express Consumer Care number from last 30 days but My Shipment is still UNDELIVERED from past 30 days. ENOUGH!
