Pathetic Courier Company in the entire universe. Ecom Express works at snail speed. My Shipment with AWB NO.[protected] shipped through ECOM EXPRESS on 18th October HAS NOT BEEN DELIVERED IN BENGALURU SINCE 1 MONTH. No tracking update from LAST 10 DAYS FOR TRACKING ID[protected] on Ecom Express website. I WILL SOON BE TAKING LEGAL ACTION AGAINST THE COURIER COMPANY ECOM EXPRESS AND WILL DEMAND FOR COMPENSATION TOO FOR ALL THE MENTAL HARASSMENT ECOM EXPRESS HAS GIVEN ME. I have already made numerous calls to Ecom Express Consumer Care number from last 30 days but My Shipment is still UNDELIVERED from past 30 days. ENOUGH! LEGAL PROCEEDINGS SOON AGAINST ECOM EXPRESS!
