Ecom Express — Tracking ID issued by your vendor not reflecting on your website

I ordered a phone worth 20, 000/- from online person in odisha and he sent me a ecom express bill that need to be paid for shipment. i paid them Rs.2157/- [ including insurance ] for which they issued me a bill and qr code to pay. The tracing id issued was FFCH[protected] dtd 6/4/2023. but now on your site this tracking ID is not visible. can u pls confirm when will i get my shipment. thanks
