Dear sir / madam, This is with reference to my tracking number[protected]. While tracking the package, i came to know that the delivery was attempted three times, out of which 2 times "customer was not available". This is false statement, as someone from my family or myself is always available at the said location. Another false statement was that "could not deliver due to rain" on 9th dec. For your information, there was no rain even in any nearby districts on that day. I am highly disappointed by the service provided by ecom. A small package, that was ordered on 7th dec, could not be delivered till 18th. Was this information helpful? | |||
