Ecom Express — Tracking status- OFD Lock applied

There is one of my prepaid order with Ecom Express ( AWB NUMBER- [protected]) and the status shows DELHI-DEL OFD Lock applied. When the delivery executive called me, I asked him to return the product to the supplier as I wouldn't be able to receive the product due to some some personal reasons. It is very unprofessional of them that, it has been couple of days and status still remains the same. A huge amount of money is stuck in midway. They are neither delivering the product not returning it to the supplier.
Kindly, return it to the supplier so that I can get a refund for the same.
