Dear all, I have ordered few Automotive parts from BOODMO site on 30th Nov’2023. Order was sent by Ecom Express. Immediately product was sent by seller and shipped through Ecom express. Product was arrived successfully at Pune ware house/hub on 2nd Dec 2023. Now measure problem with ware house/hub operators are unbelievable. Till todays date there wasn’t a single call from delivery guys and message were dropped saying “ product is out for delivery, , , , on the other hand when I saw on the tracking of package on web portal, , , , the record was saying., , ., “ Delivery attempt was made” Shipment can not be delivered”…. Address was not locatable “ …. Addressee is not contactable “ OFD lock is applied, , , OFD lock is revoked” … you guys are literally making me fool.. ( I was always on location .. any small child knows where is Lodha Belmondo address location is pune and why I am not reachable Boodmo was successfully calling me on every day asking about the status, , how come I am not contactable to Ecom Express, , , this is pathetic.., I am still waiting for the delivery to be happen. … please stop this nonsense behaviour Ecom Express, , , looks fraud company, , , , please check my order tracking details with the attachments, … Thanks
