Ecom Express — Unethical behavior from courier service

I ordered a product on e-commerce portal, it was shipped with ecomexpress courier service and it was supposed to be delivered 26th June at the door step. But the courier guy asked me take the product from another location which is 4KM from my location.
I need my product at the earliest and courier tracking no is [protected]
