[Resolved] Ecom Express — unprofessionalism | |||||
Hi i was about to receive a parcel from ecom on sunday but because i wasn't home i asked the delivery agent to come the other day but no one cam eand there was no call or message from your side regarding that and when i called today on the 18 about the parcel i was told that it will be delivered on the 19 and after sometime i got a call from the delivery executive about my parcel and i was glad but i was on my way home from work so i asked him if he can come after an hour as it will take time to reach home then the agent said he'll talk with his higher authority as he have lots of loads to be delivered so i called up again after reaching home but he didn't pick up. I called the customer service and the executive with whom i was connected show his unprofessional tone telling me to stay home and wait for it the other day leaving all my work so here i'm writing down to you as there is no one in this department who tried to help me instead they've shown me their unprofessional ethics if they're not happy with the calls from the customer tell them to sit home rather then spoiling someone's day..
