Ecom Express — Updating flase tracking information and not delivering Parcel

Address:Next to MB Bakery, venkatala, 3rd Main Rd, Maruthi Nagar, Yelahanka, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560064

Worst experience by this courier franchise. From past 10days they holding my parcel and they not able to deliver parcel if we visit personally to office. From 2days they just trying to find out my parcel but status intracking details is updated flase information. They never ever tried to deliver or called. Just updating tracking details as there wish. Manager Mr. Sunil wa very arrogant and rude behaviour with customer who visit to collect pracel. Very careless response will get if we visit office to collect. If they hav man power shortage to deliver, they can handover if we only visit office? Worst experience by this courier service.

I have attached screenshot in last complaint where you can clearly seen all updates including my consignment tracking details. Again I have attached screenshot from 3rd November it's showing not delivered. They not even delivering nor cancelling nor handing over to me when I visited personally.

From past 21days it's in Bangalore but not able to deliver my address. After several complaints they reaching me to deliver. When we visited courier office also they not able to find my parcel. I don't want to receive. Very disappointed by the Worst service
