Param dairy limited, sell their products online. Ecom express and Delihvery courier partners pick our product and deliver it to customers. But from last many days we are facing problems in retun orders.
1. Many times we get used and tampered products.
2. Many times original products was missing from the package and we received purse, water bottle or soil and many thing.
Delivery boy told us that it is customer return or it is courier return. But in both case it is totally their faults.
if it is customer return, then they were not checking the orders during pick up of return.
and if it is courier return, then how is it possible that product were/will change automatically from sealed package.
Infact the packaging condition, box also changed.
Please have a look in this matter strictly, otherwise I will have to take a strict action. Was this information helpful? |
