I ordered a blazer from the Van Heusen website, but they arranged a pickup for return because of size from Ecom express, first, they van Heusen arranged a return pick up from Ecom express they didn't call me and changed the status to address not found, one more time again file a compliant in van Heusen they arranged another return pickup, this time they called me asked about my address, actually this delivery team in Mankavu, Calicut, kerala delivered the blazer to me now they don't know my address, I told this delivery guy to call me if he doesn't find my address but he didn't call me and changed the status to address not found Was this information helpful? |
