[Resolved] Ecom Express — very bad service and very bad behaviour of delivery boy | |||
Delivery boy reached at the flat at duty time at 10am in morning with unsuccessful delivery, when i contacted him within few minutes after his attempt delivery, the person didn't picked up the call. After many attempt when he receiced the call he said dellivery will be done by 4pm. When i called at 4pm, he said delivery will be by 5pm, at 5pm when i called he said delivery will be by 6pm max for which i insisted to attempt delivery ealier than 6pm as i have to leave for airport. I waited till 6pm and called over 10 times for which he ignored all my call. Very pathetic service by ecomexpress and very bad behaviour of delivery man.
