Recently we have an product shipped from ecom express. It is an postpaid order. But, right now i don't have sufficient balance to pay. So, i spoke with customer service of ecom express. They agreed to hold the product delivery for 3 more days. But the ecom delivery boy here is very rude on me. He is not aware of the rights of the customer. He is saying that "we don't hold the product. So, payment must be done right now. And you should not cancel the product at any cost." don't the customer have the rights to cancel the product?
