I placed this order Nov 13 and the package is not yet delivered because of the OTP issue. I contacted the shopping portal 2-3 times to update my new number but still I'm facing the same issue. When I contacted you, you informed me that we have not received the mobile number update notification. Also you can't even check and confirm my mobile number.
From Nov 18, the package is out for delivery 3 times but it is not being delivered. So I have purchased the products from the local store. So now I do not want the package .To cancel the order, when I contacted Ecom Express, they asked me to contact the shopping portal. And When I contacted the shopping portal, they told me to reject the parcel. But how could I reject the parcel if I'm not receiving any call or delivery agent visiting my home at the given address?
Can't you just cancel the package? I am suffering because of all this. I shouldn't have done the payment in the first place. Worst experience with both of you. I just want the package to get cancelled and money to be refunded in my account.
