[Resolved]  Ecom Express — We are not received parcel undelivered for 11 days

Item arrivel in 1 April 2022 but till date.we are not received more than 10days completed. Status is showing undelivered.
Ecom express and jio Mart both are not responding.

Updated by Navenaa Today I was in a meeting, that call diverted to my husband. He also called to me. He informed to delivery boy that I was in a meeting he waited for 10min. Again he called and told to my husband I will come tomorrow. I got message at 2230 pm item has been returned.My order returned. One hr before he should call and confirm but he didnt do that. This is how Ecom express people treat.

I have not satisfied with Ecom express..
Cheating customer without delivering order and closing order without attempting twice...I ordered the product 15 days back but from 7 days I'm complaining about the product..now the tracking system shows undelivered...I want the product in any cost...
