[Resolved] Ecom Express — worst customer service and fake updates | |
This is regarding[protected]. I have ordered a package from snapdealwhich was handed over to ecom. The shipment status showing as delivered on 20 oct 2018, but i did not receive my shipment. I tried calling their customer care, but they have no idea about the current location of shipment and trying to make fool of customer and not responding properly.. They are blindly saying to wait for 2 more days on every call i make to their customer care.. Very worst experience with customer care staff.. Was this information helpful? | |
