Very very worst company and people to deal with. End to end, starting from the delivery boy to the customer service representatives and their so called higher officials, they are all a whole lot of disgraceful people who don't serve the customers but just simply annoy them with their bloody policies. They have a [censored] policy of attempting deliveries thrice even after the customer refuses to accept it in the first instance that too right at the door step. This is the umpteenth time I am facing this issue and totally fed up now. They just test patience and are a whole lot of [censored]s who come to office to simply warm up the chairs and leave the office without providing any resolution to the customer queries. They all have the same answers to different queries. It seems like they have a template in front of them from which they just read out stuff. They never really use their brain. Worst lot of disgraceful people. This company should shutdown its operations as quickly as possible coz it doesn't serve the purpose at all for which it was started or probably it was started to only irritate and annoy customers beyond limit.
