Ecom Express — Worst service provider I have ever come across

The services of this company is worst. To add to it the customer care is not reachable. One of the numbers goes to MTNL number. Can all of them stop using this company services. I got through the call center after trying for over 2 hours and was greeted by most rude call center person. Who plainly shifted all blames to Flipkart stating if you have problem please contact flipkart. They decide to use our service.
