[Resolved] Ecom Express — Wrong product delivered, status showing undelivered in meesho I want my refund back ASAP.

I had ordered a camera style coffee mug from Cennet enterprise on meesho on 11th October. I paid online ₹160 for it through google pay. The estimated delivery time is 25th October. But I got the delivery today. It was a soap dispenser instead of the coffee mug. There was no packing. I received a wrong & tampered product which was totally different than what I had ordered. The status in meesho is still showing it is being shipped & yet to be delivered. I want my refund back ASAP. I have sufficient proofs to show everything needed. I just want my money back ASAP. Help.
