Ecom Express — wrong rto initiated | |||
My cod consignment tracking number was [protected] ecom express not delivered. Delivery agent chittaranjan gouda on 5 august,, 19, said due to heavy rain he was getting delayed. Later 9.8.19 tracking app showed rto initiated vide awb number [protected]. This was without any delivery attempt. This is an example of deficiency of service, surely. Let my consignment be returned to me immediately. My delivery address is manned 24/7 with no chance of refusal to take delivery.. Was this information helpful? | |||
