Ecom Express — Wrong status being updated to hide ecom express incompetence

Ecom express is hiding its incompetence by using unfair practices. In my case - the delivery guy calls me saying product is being delivered but then updates in tracking that customer requested an alternative date . (# [protected]).
If you do not have the resources to deliver on a date you should say so. Not practice unfair practices and use the customer excuse - when in face you did not even attempt delivery. Pathetic.
