Edelweiss — Brokerage Increased, Multiple issues

Recently they increased brokerage for my account. After I asked to financial advisor she suggested a plan of 10, 000 with rate of 0.02 for intraday and delivery and amount will deduct from this 10, 000 amount.
Once the plan was activated, neither they deducted as per brokerage plan and they deducted money from both place i. e. From bank AC and from 10, 000. Their system is stupid and nowadays there is no one to support due to covid19.

Updated by anilrbk Hi Issue is Still not resolved.

I was told below benefits for ADB plan costing 10, 000+18% GST
1. No min. brokerage charge of like 25rs.
2. Brokerage charge will also be 0.02.
3. Brokerage will be deducted from this 10, 000.

Next day when i executed 3 trade and 25x3 was deducted from 10, 000 as well as from Cash Balance that i had in my account.

It took at least 3-4 days to digest them that there is some issue and due to that brokerage amount got debited from both the place by our Financial advisor. Now she has raised the issue but i still didn't received any confirmation that the amount will be refunded or something.

Now i don't have patient and would eagerly waiting for the resolution.
