Edelweiss Complaints & Reviews

I posses 2 DP ID with Edelweiss. Latest one is active since 2020 and other one is more older and inoperative since 2018, however both are active as per CDSL data.

I am frequently requesting for DIS slip of my older DP ID but it's been over a month now and I haven't received any positive response till date....

Moratorium was requested on the Edeleweiss loan account.However they have debited 2 EMIs in 10 days.They have been presenting NACH several times due to which I have been charged NACH Return charges from my bank.The next EMI date is 5/9/20 .I had kept the money for my daily needs and they have debited it....

Recently they increased brokerage for my account. After I asked to financial advisor she suggested a plan of 10, 000 with rate of 0.02 for intraday and delivery and amount will deduct from this 10, 000 amount.
Once the plan was activated, neither they deducted as per brokerage plan and they deducted money from both place i. e. From bank AC and from 10, 000. Their system is stupid and nowadays there is no one to support due to covid19....

One of Share AMFL I BOUGHT before, , today I see on edelweiss application and website it showing different previous close shows 6.74 and on BSE WEBSITE it showing 6.57 previous close. I have attached screenshots of today as u can check...

Brokerage plan imposed on me without my confirmation - cip[protected], my dmat account 60050839, edelweiss not responded my complaint properly nor refund brokerage charges to my ledger. Kindly approach...

The edelweisse has done fraud and done transactionn without customer knowledge. They have sell shares @234 where as market is 241 or 239. This makes us loss. Further transaction has not been informed to me nor i had received any margin call money payment call yesterday.

My rm - sumedha is also completely unaware of this transaction. Girish - head of section and himanshu-head of north is least bother about it.

I was assured for 3 year no amc and 3 month no brokerage but mr rajan from chakala branch mumbai edelweiss but as soon as he promised he vanished and not responding document submitted in june and account opened in july still the plan has not been activated need strict action against mr rajan as he promised me on behalf of the company but it was no plan existed as such as per my knowledge...

Purchased a online policy from edelweiss and while process of purchasing online, soon after clearing the payment there was an internet interruption which resulted in disconnected process. Money from my account got deducted, however policy purchase could not be completed.

Wrote to edelweiss to resolve the issue for a month with continuous follow up email every alternate day, only to see them ignoring,...

I come to know my rm he told me that edel weiss has made a new system that in each transction any no of share i buy & sell then rs 50 to be paid. I did not open my account in edelwiss but before 5 to 6 year i continue recieving mail from that side i have complaints in jago grahak jago and complaint id is 9955748 and they advised me to file a case from consumer court but did not want to charge any case i want simply plz close my account asap and if somebody is responsible for this so company will take against that person.

Sir, I deposited advance to m/s edelweiss company for trading, for low brokerage they said we will return it money i[censored] closed a/c. I applied for open demat a/c with edelweiss before 2yrs. i was a/c with coimbatore edelweiss through sriram. He collected deposit from me Rs 100000.
Few days that amount was gone.I ask to sriram replied its Advance Brokerage.Then i fight to him arrange police support then i known Rs 50000 for commission for Sriram and his team.Finally he commited refund 1 lack.Please don't open a.c Edelweiss team.They are fake group

My RM ( Sarfaraj ) called me & informed me theat theere was a launch of IDFC bond & for theat i have to pay only Rs.5000 & remaining funding would be done by edelweiss & for thee same i was told to fill a form & give a cheque amounting to RS.5000 which i provide to him & thee date mentioned on thee...

the company cheated me..

first company agent did'nt clarify about advance service plan.
he told me that on pay Rs 4950 in advance he charge me Rs 20 per lot for option and future.but actually he charged me as Rs 70 per lot.

on paying advance brokerage company cut Re 1 from main account and 19 Rs from Advance Brokerage.But actual company verify dat on advance...

At the time of account opening i was told that to give a post dated cheque which i agreed on the assurance that it would be cleared only after my consent,but later on without my knowledge it was cleared also my account had been open from last 20 days but still i have not got got the welcome kit & when i try to call the sales person he is not answering my call...it too much frustrating for a customeer...

I wanted to do some stock trading by joining Edelweiss and paid their prepaid brokerage of Rs 2450. But, even after 2 months, my account was not opened. Though I repeatedly enquired about this, I was asked to wait forcouple of days. But, my account never got opened after waiting for 2 months.
Atlast after 70 days, my account was opened and they asked a margin cheque for Rs1500. They said my cheque value will be credited to my de-mat...
