Dear sir,
Purchased a online policy from edelweiss and while process of purchasing online, soon after clearing the payment there was an internet interruption which resulted in disconnected process. Money from my account got deducted, however policy purchase could not be completed.
Wrote to edelweiss to resolve the issue for a month with continuous follow up email every alternate day, only to see them ignoring, not resolving the issue.
Request your assistance in this issue and a strict action to be taken on edelweiss for fraudulent service.
