Dear Sir/Madam,
Since 2019 I have submitted several times the closure form to the edelweiss branch. The branch manager also checked all the documents and gave a ‘ok ‘. It’s 3 years and counting and my account is still not closed. It’s very frustrating that a simple closure is being dragged for over 3 years. The Helpdesk is asking me to send the same documents again and again. It feels like harassment and no progress.
I tried to escalate to CDSL but they simply closed the ticket saying please submit closure form again. It’s not making any sense to send the same valid closure documents again and again.
Please kindly support to have my account 60081517 Closed.
Note: The 2019 exchange with branch manger is enclosed, post to which closure form was submitted in person multiple times. Ms. Nandini, Mr. Naresh & Ms. Chaya have not processed my closure on time and still edelweiss is not doing anything about it.
