Dear Sir/Madam,

Since 2019 I have submitted several times the closure form to the edelweiss branch. The branch manager also checked all the documents and gave a ‘ok ‘. It’s 3 years and counting and my account is still not closed. It’s very frustrating that a simple closure is being dragged for over 3 years. The Helpdesk is asking me to send the same documents again and again. It feels like harassment and no progress.br...

I had my agent code in Edelweiss tokio EDTA0Z713.I got new job in HDFC LIFE Insurance Industry and they my offer letter also. But due to my IRDA Agent code I am not able to join my new organization. Dear Concern,

We have taken Home Loan+ Top-up with Edelweiss Housing Finance about 4 years back with one local person refer us.

Initial 1 year it went well but we find their services are very poor & pathetic with the 3 year completitioin they have raise the ROI without even given any prior information for rising the EMI which we inquire at branch they said it is mentioned in the initial loan approval papers...

Hi All,

These are the 4 policies issued to me by broker. It was said these will be top up to my hdfc policy. Nothing has been
done till now and now policy renewal is due to one of the policy. I am not in position to continue these policies as it was mis communicated to me. Broker said these new policies will be cancelled.

i have been following edelweiss through mail id, [protected]@edelweissfin.Com, since 22 feb 2022, for my foreclosure of loan a/c no. Lndppsc[protected]. They have generated 23 feb, 2022. Ticketid:rf4169555, rf4169556, rf4169428.
Getting same answer every time you have to wait.

    I booked the tickets on cleartrip (TRIP ID NO[protected] AND[protected] on 30 sept 2021 and cancelled them on 20th october 2021 .I was also paid EZcancellation charges on the tickets.     I had opened a Share trading account for My father Samir Kumar Majumder in edelweiss, Trading account number 50077194. My Advisor name for edelweiss is Arup Roy Chowdhury, Since he had not traded for years his account was in dormant state, Now when We wanted to activate it, my advisor said that we need to submit a reactivation request along with requisite KYC docs, we submitted all, now they are coming back to us and stating that against my Fathers PAN number there is a Narcotic case register for which he was arrested, I dont know from where they are coming up with Such allegation, He is a respectful retired Government Servant had served in West Bengal Fire Services department, my fathers pan number is AEZPM5759B, KINDLY HELP US IN RESOLVING THE SAME . we have stock in the demat account which we want to sale however the same is not allowed because of such baselss allegation

        They have sold my 19shares and they debited an amount of Rs.2950.while buying my 19shares amount was Rs.3222.so I need my refund amount in buying rate.because u have sold without my permission...this is totally illegal.when I called and made a complaint they said a new advance brokage scheme has activated by your RM jothi and Dinesh.without my concern they have activated and debited my amount and they sold my shares.i have already made a complaint still now there was no response.Edelweiss is totally cheating us.if I am not getting my amount back definitely I vil register my complaint to sebi

          While opening my Demat account, Edelweiss swapped my sign with other person of same name. They even don't have courtesy to cross verify my sign with PAN details they already bought with acc opening form. Now due to these I can't sell my shares as my POA(Power of Attorney)sign doesn't match with sign on account opening form. Though I have emailed them immediately after they sent me copy of acc opening form about their grave mistake but nothing is done yet from there side.

            1. Multiple issues, the account was opened as free, i.e; without any maintenance charges as a part of bulk opening in Company for ESOPs holdings. After 3 yrs, they charged Rs. 590/- each in Nov'19 & Nov'20 wrongfully.             Edelweiss Financial Services — Edelweiss - Cheated, unethical practices and worst services
