Dear Sir,

As i am trying to close my Housing loan account number LNDP0HL[protected].. My Request ids Ticket Created- 4693941

Since 10 Sep 2023 im not getting any revert from the company..Its really bad services.. As per there team there turn around time is 21days since the request is raised.

Now its almost 40 days still they are unable to provide the solution about loan closure letter. Its request to escalate the issue and provide solution.

    I have taken a loan from Edelweiss and paid foreclosure amount Rs.55953 on 18th Nov 2022. Also paid Rs.149.89 on 23 March 23 (when I received a call from edelweiss for balance amount). No payment is pending but loan is still showing active in CIBIL.

    Also 2 other loans are reflecting in my CIBIL Report, which was not taken by me, when I visited home branch, they informed me that trio are same loans, Loan agreement no- LPUNCUC[protected] is actual loan (sanction amount 370000) but 2 loans which is reflecting in cibil is Clone Loans (sanction amounts 74000 and 296000 total of both is 370000). because of all this mess my CIBIL Score affected badly and got down.

    Requesting you to kindly close my loan on priority basis and remove clone loans from my cibil also send me Loan closure letter ASAP.

      I am looking to get a home loan account (LNAG0HL[protected]) foreclosure. I have been taking follow-ups for the last 1 month but no progress. Their local office also doesn’t give any information ask to again send email to get support.
      This is very frustrating and disappointing to struggle to get response for simple requests.

            Dear Sir/Madam,

            Since 2019 I have submitted several times the closure form to the edelweiss branch. The branch manager also checked all the documents and gave a ‘ok ‘. It’s 3 years and counting and my account is still not closed. It’s very frustrating that a simple closure is being dragged for over 3 years. The Helpdesk is asking me to send the same documents again and again. It feels like harassment and no progress.

            I tried to escalate to CDSL but they simply closed the ticket saying please submit closure form again. It’s not making any sense to send the same valid closure documents again and again.

            Please kindly support to have my account 60081517 Closed.

            Note: The 2019 exchange with branch manger is enclosed, post to which closure form was submitted in person multiple times. Ms. Nandini, Mr. Naresh & Ms. Chaya have not processed my closure on time and still edelweiss is not doing anything about it.

              I had my agent code in Edelweiss tokio EDTA0Z713.I got new job in HDFC LIFE Insurance Industry and they my offer letter also. But due to my IRDA Agent code I am not able to join my new organization. Please cancel the code or else Provide the NOC.My agency details are as under. I contacted the branch but they not provide the NOC .So please remove my agency details from Portal. My company wants the status of cancel on IRDA Portal...

                  Dear Concern,

                  We have taken Home Loan+ Top-up with Edelweiss Housing Finance about 4 years back with one local person refer us.

                  Initial 1 year it went well but we find their services are very poor & pathetic with the 3 year completitioin they have raise the ROI without even given any prior information for rising the EMI which we inquire at branch they said it is mentioned in the initial loan approval papers but no response of email/customer care or even branch to support the customer queries.

                  Now as we have got the new bank with prevailing ROI & good services as we found compare to edelweiss they are delaying the foreclosure process with overall time Branch Manager confirms 15-20 days but it is 10-12days we have submitted the Full & Final Payment Cheque but still loan accounts shows active & Current Month EMI also deducted even after full time payments.

                  For Current Deducted EMI asked to Branch Manager so he gave diplomatic answer that whether full EMI amount will be refunded or so and that too with 8-10days working period.

                  As a overall process of 15-20days they has to provide NOC and Original Property Documents which looking at the process they are delaying as they are taking longer time so to charges unnecessary & un fare charges to customer account.

                  Here are the loan account details with the email to their Customer Care center for which no response from them.

                    Hi All,

                    These are the 4 policies issued to me by broker. It was said these will be top up to my hdfc policy. Nothing has been
                    done till now and now policy renewal is due to one of the policy. I am not in position to continue these policies as it was mis communicated to me. Broker said these new policies will be cancelled.

                      i have been following edelweiss through mail id, [protected]@edelweissfin.Com, since 22 feb 2022, for my foreclosure of loan a/c no. Lndppsc[protected]. They have generated 23 feb, 2022. Ticketid:rf4169555, rf4169556, rf4169428.
                      Getting same answer every time you have to wait.
                      Rather they have a policy of providing it in max 20 days. But it has been already 25 days.
                      I have requested sending more than 5 mails and calling more than 5 time to customer care.
                      With no response.
                      I request to get my work done on urgent basis.

                        Regarding loan Closure and NOC

                          I booked the tickets on cleartrip (TRIP ID NO[protected] AND[protected] on 30 sept 2021 and cancelled them on 20th october 2021 .I was also paid EZcancellation charges on the tickets. But I have not received the refund till date in spite of contact your customer care executive again and again. It shows that your services are very poor and your customer executives are also irresponsible for their duties.This is totally harassment with the customers. Therefore you requested to refund the total amount of my tickets.

                            I had opened a Share trading account for My father Samir Kumar Majumder in edelweiss, Trading account number 50077194. My Advisor name for edelweiss is Arup Roy Chowdhury, Since he had not traded for years his account was in dormant state, Now when We wanted to activate it, my advisor said that we need to submit a reactivation request along with requisite KYC docs, we submitted all, now they are coming back to us and stating that against my Fathers PAN number there is a Narcotic case register for which he was arrested, I dont know from where they are coming up with Such allegation, He is a respectful retired Government Servant had served in West Bengal Fire Services department, my fathers pan number is AEZPM5759B, KINDLY HELP US IN RESOLVING THE SAME . we have stock in the demat account which we want to sale however the same is not allowed because of such baselss allegation

                                They have sold my 19shares and they debited an amount of Rs.2950.while buying my 19shares amount was Rs.3222.so I need my refund amount in buying rate.because u have sold without my permission...this is totally illegal.when I called and made a complaint they said a new advance brokage scheme has activated by your RM jothi and Dinesh.without my concern they have activated and debited my amount and they sold my shares.i have already made a complaint still now there was no response.Edelweiss is totally cheating us.if I am not getting my amount back definitely I vil register my complaint to sebi

                                  I have applied for a Home LOAN and as per the bank documents it is showing as disbursed on 30th June'2021 and cheques for RS 17, 80, 000/- prepared but when I went for registering the flat I was told by the legal department of the bank that there are some issues with my CIBIL score and hence the LOAN cannot be issued. They have taken a processing fees of RS 27, 730 from me by making false promises that the LOAN is disbursed and will be paid once I have completed property registration process but never informed me about the issue with the legal department. A single rupee also not paid to me but they have started asking for EMI amount and sent 2 cheque to my account for prepayment of interest charges without informing me and which got bounced. Since 1 week again I am receiving a request to pay RS 3528 outstanding amount not sure what's this is for. I have requested for cancellation of the LOAN and given the cancellation letter to the manager of edelweiss bank, Améerpet office but still no resolution, called to CUSTOMER service and dropped many emails. Instead of stop asking for payment they are asking for money as well as sending housing LOAN documents and insurance documents. Is this kind of joke or nonsense that you guys are playing where you have not paid any single rupee to the CUSTOMER and asking for EMI and interest amount. I want my entire processing fees to be refunded as you were not able to process the LOAN, RS 3500/- Franklin charges, RS 1000/- cheque bounce charges and an email to the CIBIL department as well as my Bank for score correction as this was your mistake and not mine for which I should not be penalised for. I don't want any requests to be sent to my account for next EMI payment. I am going to escalate this to all the levels of the company top management, banking ombudsman, ### and RBI for fraudently charging CUSTOMER for money without disbursing the LOAN amount.

                                  Because of their unfair practice to inform the customer before disbursement of the loan amount they have sent the cheque for Interest EMI amount to my CITI bank account which got bounced has resulted my account in negative effects which will impact me in applying loan with other banks now for minimum 1 year. I have provided the screen shot of processing fees and cheque bounce . I would like to you clear that negative impact on my account as well as CIBIL score. Or else I need to reach out to higher authorities to get this sorted

When to collect payment they are in hurry but when it comes to refund creates lots of nonsense rules. I need my money back ASAP or else I am going to file a fraud complaint on your bank

                                  requested please find attached my account cancelled cheque for refund amount to be credited to my CITI bank account ASAP for the home loan cancellation fees. You have sent me the voucher on 9th August you should have mentioned something that you need my account details to process my refund which you have not done. Unnecessarily wasted my time in waiting and follow up emails & calls. Your relationship manager or your employees are not even educated about your bank policies of processing, cancellation and refund.

                                  I need the money credited to my CITI bank account ASAP as I am losing my patience for the unnecessary things that you have done.

                                  It's been more than 4 days that I have provided you my CITI bank account details for the refund but still no refund nor any response from your unethical or bloody CUSTOMER service representative. Does it take more than 4 days to transfer the money through IMPS or NEFT payment transfer to refund the money. You just send a ### acknowledgement email that ticket have been created and will resolve in 7 days but you don't even bother to respond to the CUSTOMER.

Rediculous service and one of the worst bank in the world. ### don't even respond bloody CUSTOMER service don't get connected and nonsense staff who is not aware of the company terms and conditions.

                                    While opening my Demat account, Edelweiss swapped my sign with other person of same name. They even don't have courtesy to cross verify my sign with PAN details they already bought with acc opening form. Now due to these I can't sell my shares as my POA(Power of Attorney)sign doesn't match with sign on account opening form. Though I have emailed them immediately after they sent me copy of acc opening form about their grave mistake but nothing is done yet from there side.
