Edelweiss Financial Services — Loan Cancellation Forged Signature and Wrong Commitments

Dear Team,

This really very strange and amazing that I have been paying my EMI ontime and despite this I have been told my loan will be cancelled ???

Infact now this means your team is giving me "THREAT'S" so let me reiterate you that till today I have not got any official sanction letter from Edelweiss, Neither any Sanction Letter has been signed by me and above all I was promised that "NO INSURANCE WILL BE CHARGED" and ROI will be around 10. As my work is more involved in traveling so didn't had time to go thru the mail's But now since Mr Himanshu Vij mobile no [protected] and Mr PK Vij Mobile no [protected] are threating me that my Loan will be cancelled.

So I read through the mail received and saw that I have been charged RO above 12% and Charged for Insurance also so complaint them so they are saying do whatever you wish to do.

So now I want to complaint against both Mr Himanshu Vij and Mr PK Vij for False Promises Commitment and Signature forged on documents as it was NEVER signed by me for which I can challenge in the Forensic for its verification.

Now I TELL YOU TO CANCEL MY LOAN AND RETURN MY EMI DEBITED TILL DATE IN 15 DAYS FROM THE RECIPIENT OF THIS MAIL AND FURTHER NO EMI TO BE DEBITED IN MY AC.

IF NO ACTION IS TAKEN I WILL BE LIABLE TO APPROACH THE BANK OMBUDSMAN AND LEGAL AUTHORITIES FOR FURTHER COURSE OF ACTION.
