Edelweiss Financial Services — Not giving insurance amount even submitting all documents and approvals

As per the policy they should settle the money within 20 working days from receiving all the documents and approval I have a claim No CLM0014136 submitted on 3rd Feb and its in progress from 8th Feb but till now no update even raise complain with Edelweiss Also whenever I called them they never transfer call to there higher authority else they cut the call every time.
