Edelweiss Financial Services — Regarding loan Closure and NOC

I have deposited my entire loan amount between[protected] to[protected] But I have not yet received the NOC or loan closure receipt and demanding extra money from me When I called the company it was told me that you had taken a loan from that person quit the job I am being sent EMI messages every month Due to which penalty is being imposed in my account All I want is that I should be given the loan closure receipt and NOC of my loan and that my money which has been deducted due to the company be returned to me please help me thanks
