My name is Ankita Singh, and I am an investor holding mutual fund investments linked to my PAN.

I am writing to urgently request an immediate freeze/hold on all mutual fund folios associated with my PAN due to a serious security concern.

I have recently lost my registered mobile phone and currently do not have access to my registered mobile number and email ID. As a result, I am unable to receive OTPs, transaction alerts, or any communication related to my investments.

Some funds already transferred from my account to another account, approx value 45 Lakhs. I trying to do the investigation and file the case against.
Further kindly stop any kind of transfers from my account. since i dont have access of registered mobile or email .

I have reason to believe that transactions or transfer requests may be initiated without my direct authorization. Therefore, as a precautionary and protective measure, I formally request:

• Immediate stop on all redemptions, transfers, switches, SIP modifications, or any financial transactions
• No processing of any request without fresh physical verification and written confirmation from me
• Details of all recent transactions initiated under my PAN
• Confirmation once the freeze has been placed

I have also submitted a request with KFintech to update my registered mobile number.
