I have some concerns, hopefully, you would address them positively: 1. I, arjun sharda booked my tickets for my family & myself from delhi to abudhabi and return on 13oct also. I completed all my formalities but i was not allowed to board the aircraft. Even all our luggage was loaded and i had the boarding pass. 2. I complained to the etihad counter at delhi airport, but they refused to entertain us, saying we are not etihad's clients, just because we booked tickets via travel agent. 3. This is not justified. How can i receive visa and even a boarding pass on a torn passport. My entire family trip is cancelled because i cannot send my family without me. 4. Now i have applied for a new passport, but need to know your ticket reissue or refund policies. 5. I spoke to your customer care number, and she told that reschedule can be done within a time of 1 year. 6. I am attaching my passport pictures, the immigration stamp and also the tickets from the travel agent. Your travel details Flight number (E. G.
