Edmc — Regarding Death Certificate

Respected Sir/Madam

I(Sushma Rani) wife of Ramesh Chand filling a grievance for delay in generation of Death Certificate who passed away on 29th September 2021 in hospital. There was name error in certificate so i put the same on the edmc official website for correction and it has been 3 months and still it has not generated for this purpose I gave the supporting evidences such as Aadhar Card of mine, correction form issued by the hospital. I request you to kindly resolve the issue and generate my husband 's death certificate as soon as possible.
