I live in H.no. 13 & 14, Chandralok, and on 09/12/2021 my neighbor Mr. Rakesh Kumar Sharma have thrown waste on the street and blocked it, because of it we can't even walk there and when I told him not to do this then he was like "Ki me to aise krunga or mere baap ki sadak hai". Kindly charge him with some heavy penalty so that he will not think of throwing waste on the streets.

I had raised an online request for digitization of death certificate via registration ID MCDOLIR-0221-[protected] on 17th Nov 2021. Till date no action has been taken on it. MCD commits to issue death certificates in 7 days whereas it's almost a month now. Request to expedite.

Sir,
We are running our branch in which around 300 to 400 customers visit our branch and senior citizen also visit the branch, it is very difficult to cross the NALA which is in bad state of repair and several of our customers has complaint to give a safe and secure passage to reach the branch.

Therefore, we request you to please look onto the matter and get the issue resolved at the earliest .

Respected sir/ma'am I kamal kant kashyap resident of east Delhi Gandhi nagar bring in to your kind notice that in our area east Delhi gandhi nagar kashyap marg behind Gandhi nagar police station, no mcd garbage collection vehicle collects garbage and our local sweeper who collects garbage demands illegal charges for garbage collection. we use to pay 100rs per month to him but now he demands extra 100rs for garbage collection and pressurize us to pay that amount.

I want to ask you that mcd don't pay salaries to them????
if yes then how do they charge garbage collection charges from an individual homes.

I request you to please look in to the matter and please reply on my query and also instruct them not to charge any such illegal amount from us. we pay for what is genuine.

I hope you will look in to the matter. I will be thankful to you.

We would like to inform you that the sewage water is coming out on to the streets from last 10 days. It is very unhygienic to live and creating lot of bad smell for all the residents. Besides, there is risk of dengue spreading these days.

This is a Complaint regarding Unauthorised parking which create troubles on road related to traffic jam for long and vehicles bump and collided to one another and unwanted noise of horn and crowd & quarrel here, the address is of this unauthorised parking in front of building no 156, Brahmjit complex, pandit chowk, mandawali, near talab park, Delhi 110092. And the vehicles numbers are DL7C J 0528 and DL8C AE 6306 and DL6C Q 0116, which parked here whole day unauthorisedly and once or twice in a month for sometime they taken out.

It is humble request to you kindly take necessary and appropriate actions against the owners of the vehicles, so that they will park their four wheelers (i.e. cars in white and red colours) somewhere in authorised parking and general public and residing people may not suffer from inconveniency.

Garbage dumped opposite f-176, , building is not cleaned whenever, we tell them they deny.I also wanted to launch a complaint if the garbage of dry leaves is also not cleaned.I do not know who is responsible person to clean those.

People throw lot of garbage behind kripal ashram.. Block 6 every morning this place look like a garbage dump and sweepers also don't come to pick garbage every day.
Please put a big dustbin everywhere possible. Dogs litter all the garbage and cows here eat from garbage.

I live in yamuna Vihar c-6 block near mcd primary school. Around 3 months our colony is facing issues with the barking of dogs, running behind the bikers, biting on the strangers. The total no. Of dogs in my street is around 15. The dogs are divided into groups. They bark on each other always. The neighbours are fed up with these dogs. So, it is my humble request to edmc that please take away these dogs from our street. We are totally fed up.

A kabadi shop in pocket B/5, Mayur Vihar Ph-III has captured most of the part of road, which is causing a lot of disturbance to trace passers and for the vehicles also. Despite several requests, the owner of kabadi shop did not reacted in positive manner. Even he starts quarrelling with the people when anybody approaches to him regarding the problems he has created.

kindly look into the matter and if possible please remove that shop from there.

The road between Ghazipur Police Station and Ghazipur Fish Market is in pathetic condition as there are numerous pot holes. It is very difficult to drive. Instead of building the road, the pot holes are being filled with debris making it even worse.

I have requested for issue o[censored]PIC CODE online, its application No. 114163 for submission of property tax of my house in Pocket O, Dilshad Garden, East Delhi and then I received a message on my mobile from your office as given below

"Your application no. 114163 for registration o[censored]PIC ID for Property Tax has been registered at EDMC office on 05/11/2021 14:05:52 - MCD"

it was mentioned that I would receive the UPIC CODE from MCD office through message but I have not yet received the UPIC code.

Please look into matter and sent me the UPIC CODE urgently as I have to pay house tax before 15th November 2021. Moreover I am senior citizen and cannot transit your office in Dengue & Covid19 environment so please send it by registered email or through message on my mobile at the earliest.
