I had taken service package of edrafter company for documents preparation which are required in gazette publication for name correction.
My order id is ed-1007 and i had placed an order on 14th march 2019
They had promised me that the documents will be dispatched within 3-5 days, starting from the day when they will receive the affidavit.
Its been eleven days since then and they hadn't dispatched the documents yet.
They don't even recieve the calls and when i have mailed them about filing a compain they said that go ahead and file a compain their legal team will take care of this.
So here i'm reporting my issue of fake commitment.
I have made a payment of 1544 for their services and now i want the refund of that money paid so please help me in getting that back.
