Edserv Softsystems Limited — Not refunding security deposit Rs.9999/-

My VKID is WB1710002, Vakrangee company did not refund my security deposit Rs.9999/- . I submitted all paper process but they are asking me for affidavit with me and remitter, I sent money through a CSC center but the owner of the CSC center didn't agree to go to court.
