[Resolved]  Edserv Softsystems Limited — Fraud Company - Cheated by its Personnel

I am also travelling in the same boat. I have also cheated by EdServ (Lampsglow). The company has glow its light but darken the future of investors. The company address as informed earlier is- EdServ Softsystems limited, New No.-139, Panna Plaza, 1st Floor, Arcot Road, Kodambakkam, Chennai – 600024. At initial stage, there was an advertisement in the newspaper for Good Return on Investment for educational venture. I had contacted by Shakeel Ahmed (Mob No. [protected]/[protected]/[protected]) and Amresh Singh (Mob. No. [protected] /[protected]). They had a lot of commitments for better growth of Market. Company has a lot o[censored]pcoming plans for Marketing of its product in Jamshedpur and a separate Marketing Executive will be appointed who will stationed at Jamshedpur. I was getting frequently Phone calls by above two guys till the payment was made. While, payment was made vide Cheque No.-297931 dated 26th November 2011, drawn on State Bank of India for Rs. 27575/-, against Distributorship charges for 4 areas of Jamshedpur. They started their business and shown their other side of face. I contact Sriram (Chennai) - [protected] and Parvej (Kolkata) - [protected] also for such type of behavior of their personnel. But, it was prove futile. I asked for refund of money that was invested for the said purpose. Slowly -slowly all personnel were fled away and they also not getting phone calls. I tried to contact Mr. Ramesh (National Sales Head) so many times to the Help Desk Number[protected] and Office at Chennai[protected]/64537216. The receptionist could not transfer the phone due busy schedule of Ramesh. He was always busy in meeting or not available in office. EdServe is also fail to provide its Final Agreement copy (we were supposed to receive from company within 30 days from the date of payment as it was mentioned in Payment Receipt Note) to us. I have send a lot of letter to refund of money to its HO by addressing to the all the concerned personnel. My pleader has also sent a registered letter in this connection. Still there is no any reply from the company. The last letter was sent to the company was on 30th August 2013, returned due to non availability of office at EdServ Softsystems limited, New No.-139, Panna Plaza, 1st Floor, Arcot Road, Kodambakkam, Chennai – 600024, and letter was marked “LEFT”. This is the liability of the Company to inform all its Partners in advance if, there is a change of Office Address and Contact Number to its Personnel to its new place.
