Ms. Shalin Mathias from Purvankara is calling and harrassing a senior citizen and unnecessarily claiming that she had a conversation with him over phone on 12th January, 2023 when in fact no such conversation happened. She has sent a WhatsApp on the property details to the complainant on 12th Jan, 2023 3:20 PM unsolicited.
She is now calling me on 13th Jan, 2023 and falsely claiming we had spoken with her on Wednesday. We calmly tried to explain her the same and even told her we had no call logs of the same and we were NOT looking for any property. She started saying you are telling lies and unnecessarily stretched the conversation.
When asked on if she had the consent to call us she had no answer. Neither is the tele-calling happening on a recorded line and nor with any tele calling license. No DND database is also checked. They are calling unsolicited and harrassing a senior citizen and stretching the argument to the limits. Neither was she ready to put her senior online and not she was ready to accept the mistake. She didn't even have the call log screenshot of the instance she was claiming when she had called us on Thursday, 12th Jan, 2023. Ironically, she was demanding an apology from us that we had forgotten that she had called and now we are lying about it. Such unnecessary and trivial arguments employees of Purvankara Builders are engaging in and harrassing senior citizens.
