I am a student of class 12th from a backward village of assam, now i am selected for iihm admission by clearing e-chat 2018, my parents are the customers o[censored]co bank helem ucba0001079 branch. The manager of the uco helem branch is telling that the uco bank does not provide any education loan for futher studies in india. He totally deny to give any further info about education loan which can destroy my future, so i kindly request you to take action against the branch manager of helem brach for misleading a customer and running away from his duty. The scheme of government to provide education loan through nationalised bank vidyalakhmi is not implimenting properly in village area therefore i request the concern authority to lookinto yhis serious matter
